Aleksander Vujović

Director and Founder of SUPA, Studio for Urban Design and Analysis

Aleksander Vujović is an architect and urban planner who leads the Studio for Urban Design and Analysis (SUPA). His professional work focuses on urban planning, public space design, and the design and renovation of residential buildings and apartments. He publishes his reflections on spatial planning in local and international publications and occasionally develops spatial interventions in public spaces.

Anže Urevc

President of the Association of Real Estate Managers at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS)

Anže Urevc has been working in the real estate sector for 20 years. He is a licensed civil engineer, real estate agent and court-appointed property appraiser. He is employed at Domplan d.d. as Head of the Real Estate Business Unit. In addition, he serves as President of the Association of Real Estate Managers at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia.

Andrej Mercina

Architect and Designer, Founder of TRIIIJE

Andrej Mercina is an architect and designer and the founder of the architectural practice TRIIIJE, established in 2005. His work encompasses architecture, interior design, furniture design and landscape design, with a particular focus on spatial research, attention to detail and the integration of different fields of design. In 2007, he received the Plečnik Medal for a book and exhibition dedicated to the work of architect Ilija Arnautović. Today, he also leads international projects, including the National Bank of Rwanda Museum in Kigali and the design component of the Melange project at Aalto University in Finland.

Gašper Medvešek

Architect and Lecturer, Faculty of Architecture, University of Ljubljana

Gašper Medvešek is an architect and lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Ljubljana, where he teaches architectural design as well as the history and theory of architecture. He combines his academic work with architectural practice and numerous award-winning projects, including the Stražišče Gymnasium near Kranj and the RCERO Ljubljana project, for which he received the Golden Pencil Award. His work covers a broad range of architectural fields, from public and infrastructure buildings to residential architecture, while an important part of his professional work also includes humanitarian and development projects in Africa.

Jaka Šimnovec

Head of PISO Department, Realis

Jaka Šimnovec is a geographer with more than 16 years of experience in GIS systems, data processing and customer relationship management. As Head of the PISO Department at Realis, he leads a team of ten employees and is responsible for the development and effective management of municipal data systems. His expertise also includes project management, sales, data analytics and the development of system solutions. He holds a real estate agent licence and has experience with GIS technologies, SQL, Python and data visualisation.

Patrick Davidson

Director, Colliers Slovenia

Patrick Davidson is an experienced real estate professional with more than two decades of international experience in real estate advisory, investment and development. As Director, he is responsible for coordinating Colliers’ business activities in the Slovenian market. Throughout his career, he has led and developed real estate projects and businesses across developed and emerging markets, combining an entrepreneurial approach with extensive experience in investment, development and transactions. His experience also includes team leadership, business platform development and complex commercial, hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects.

Maja Župan

Consultant | Corporate Solutions | Colliers Slovenia

Maja Župan is a Consultant in the Corporate Solutions department at Colliers, where she helps companies find real estate solutions tailored to their business needs and objectives. Her experience spans real estate, business development, sales, marketing and communications, with a particular focus on developing client relationships and understanding their needs. Before joining Colliers, she worked in real estate and business development at the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, where she was responsible for developing new business opportunities and collaborating with local and international clients and event organisers. Maja holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Ljubljana School of Economics and Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Sciences from the University of Maribor.

Boštjan Udovič

Director, Real Estate Association of Slovenia

Boštjan Udovič holds a degree in law. After completing his studies at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana, he began his professional career in 2004 as a senior legal advisor at the Public Housing Fund of the Municipality of Koper. He subsequently held various positions at the Municipality of Postojna, where he also served as Director of the Municipal Administration from 2011 to 2014.

Since October 2015, he has headed the Real Estate Association at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia.

Among his other professional experiences, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia from 2012 to 2016.

Michal Maco

Country Manager Slovenia

Michal Maco is the Director of Corwin Slovenia, a real estate development company focused on sustainable and responsible urban development. With a PhD in urban planning and extensive experience in the real estate sector, he combines academic knowledge with practical experience in development projects. As the head of one of the largest local development companies, he frequently speaks at public events, sharing his expertise in sustainable commercial and residential real estate. He currently leads five major urban regeneration projects in Ljubljana, including Vilharia – the first building in Slovenia to receive LEED Platinum certification.

Mitja Križaj

Chief Executive Officer, DSU d.o.o.

Mitja Križaj is the Chief Executive Officer of DSU d.o.o. and has more than 25 years of management experience in real estate investment, corporate restructuring and asset management across Southeast Europe. He has held executive and management board positions at major organisations including DUTB d.d., Istrabenz d.o.o. and Slovenske železnice d.o.o. He is also a certified real estate appraiser and licensed real estate agent. He is recognised as an expert in housing strategies and portfolio optimisation. As President of the humanitarian organisation Rdeči noski – Clowndoctors, he also actively contributes to socially responsible initiatives.

Uroš Čop

Uroš Čop is an expert in administrative and constitutional law with extensive experience in complex regulatory proceedings, administrative disputes and constitutional review proceedings. His work focuses on the limits of permissible public authority interventions in the rights of private entities, including the proportionality of regulatory restrictions, protection of property rights, procedural safeguards in administrative proceedings, as well as legal certainty and investors’ legitimate expectations when regulatory frameworks change. At Andersen Global, he serves as Coordinator for EU public law and regulated sectors.

Fabijan Matosevic

Partner, LCN Capital Partners

Fabijan Matošević is a Partner at LCN Capital Partners, where he has made a significant contribution to the development of the European platform, which today comprises more than EUR 3 billion in real estate assets with long-term leases and build-to-suit projects. He has been directly or indirectly involved in the acquisition, negotiation and execution of transactions worth approximately EUR 2 billion, including significant transactions with Nokia, Unilever, Amazon and BT across several European countries. In addition to transaction execution, he is responsible for portfolio management, including refinancing, lease restructuring and disposals. With more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, he began his career in valuation at King Sturge (later JLL) in London before moving into European capital markets. He holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Bristol and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Mia Mušič

Managing Partner | Andersen

Mia Mušič is a business lawyer with experience at the intersection of law, finance, management and insolvency proceedings. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana in 2001. As Managing Partner, she leads Andersen, where she focuses particularly on restructuring and Management-for-Hire services across Europe. She began her career in 2002 in investment banking and M&A at NLB, subsequently serving as Executive Director for Legal and Compliance at Perspektiva and as Director of the Taxgroup law firm. For 15 years, she has also served as an insolvency administrator, including in proceedings involving construction companies and real estate investors. Between 2022 and 2026, she was General Counsel and Vice President of Interblock, while she continues to hold directorships in individual companies within the group. In 2026, she was a finalist in the Leader of the Year and Positive Role Model of the Year categories at the Women in Gaming Diversity Awards.

Sašo Šmigić

Member of the Management Board, Generali Investments

Sašo Šmigić graduated from the School of Economics and Business in Ljubljana and holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) qualification. From 2006, he worked as a portfolio manager at KD BPD, and from March 2008 as a portfolio manager at Generali Investments, where in 2013 he became Assistant Director of the Investment Division and Head of Research. In 2021, he became Director of the Investment Division, a position he held until his appointment to the Management Board in September 2023, when he began his four-year term as a Member of the Management Board of Generali Investments d.o.o. He manages emerging-market-focused funds Generali Novi trgi, Generali Indija – Kitajska and Generali Latinska Amerika.

Blaž Hribar

Member of the Management Board, Pokojninska družba A

Blaž Hribar, CFA, is Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Pokojninska družba A, d.d. (PDA). Before joining the Management Board of PDA in August 2015, he was Head of Research at NLB Skladi, d.o.o. from 2008, where he led a team of analysts and portfolio managers in making key investment decisions. He regularly comments on economic, financial and investment topics in Slovenian media and writes a biweekly column for a leading Slovenian financial newspaper. Blaž also serves as an internal auditor at CFA Society Slovenia.
