Maša Kramar is an expert in civil and commercial law. Her main area of work focuses on real estate law, including real estate transactions, property development, the drafting and negotiation of construction, sale, and lease agreements, as well as dispute resolution. She also advises clients on matters of contract law, property law, tort law, and personal law.

Aleksander Vujović is an architect and urban planner, leading the Studio for Urban Planning and Analysis (SUPA). His work focuses on urban planning, public space design, and the renovation and design of residential buildings and apartments. He publishes spatial reflections in both domestic and international publications and occasionally creates spatial interventions in public space.

Katarina Konda is an experienced urban planner with extensive expertise in spatial and urban planning. She currently heads the spatial planning department of the City of Ljubljana, where she is responsible for coordinating and implementing spatial planning acts and urban renewal. For nearly two decades, she worked at LUZ d.d., where she led numerous award-winning urban planning projects.

Matija Urankar heads the department for constitutional law and human rights, compliance in construction, environmental and spatial matters, as well as global mobility. He regularly represents clients before courts and administrative bodies and is actively involved in regulatory drafting projects. He also serves as a global mobility advisor at Andersen Slovenia, where he leads and coordinates projects related to immigration and citizenship acquisition.

Uroš Fonovič holds a university degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in business administration, with over 25 years of experience in construction, energy, and strategic corporate management. Throughout his career, he has focused on energy renovation projects, leading large organizational units, and developing growth strategies for companies undergoing restructuring. Today, he is dedicated to developing sustainable ventilation solutions for modern buildings, driven by the belief that quality of living, energy efficiency, and healthy indoor environments are inextricably linked.

Co-founder and co-owner of ReCreate, a real estate management and investment company providing comprehensive real estate advisory services. He has two decades of experience in investment project development, real estate portfolio management, and strategic real estate consulting. His approach combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the market and legal aspects of the real estate sector.

Pál Forgács has been managing director of the Emonika development in Ljubljana since early 2021, overseeing one of the most significant private investments in Slovenia. Under his leadership, the long-anticipated construction phase began in 2025. Prior to this, he gained international experience in real estate finance and biotech. He began his career in the banking sector, spending 15 years at Hungary’s then second-largest bank, where he led real estate financing and international banking relations, contributing to major development projects in Hungary and the region.
