Panel bo obravnaval regulativne in prostorske izzive, sodelovanje med javnim in zasebnim sektorjem, finan\u010dno vzdr\u017enost ter vklju\u010devanje ESG-principov v projekte urbane prenove. Razprava bo naslovila klju\u010dne trende, kot so staranje prebivalstva, rast manj\u0161ih gospodinjstev, migracije, vpliv hibridnega dela ter spreminjajo\u010de se navade pri nakupu nepremi\u010dnin \u2013 od kreditiranja do investicijskih nakupov. Govorci bodo analizirali tudi, katere vrste nepremi\u010dnin danes najbolj i\u0161\u010dejo mladi in starej\u0161i ter ali se odpirajo nove prilo\u017enosti, kot so co-living koncepti.
