Katarina is an expert in commercial and corporate law with a focus on mergers, acquisitions and international transactions. Katarina is the Managing Partner of Andersen in Slovenia, focusing on tax, finance and business advisory. She is also the coordinator of Andersen’s European CEE sub-region and a member of Andersen Global Management Committee and Andersen European Management Committee, an association of 17,600 professionals in 177 countries worldwide.

Mojca is an expert in accounting and finance and forensic investigations. As a PhD and habilitated assistant professor, she has extensive experience in international and Slovenian accounting standards, as well as in tax and sustainability reporting consultancy.

Katarina is an experienced urban planner with many years of experience in spatial and urban planning. She is currently in charge of the Spatial Planning Department of the Municipality of Ljubljana, where she is responsible for the coordination and implementation of spatial implementation acts and redevelopment. For almost two decades she worked at LUZ d.d., where she was responsible for numerous award-winning urban planning projects.

Matjaž graduated from the Faculty of Economics and later obtained a licence as a certified valuer of real estate and companies. He has been working in the bank for more than 10 years, where he has worked in various areas. The Valuation and Control sector, which he currently heads, belongs to the Risk Management area, where we deal with various valuations, project financing and, in recent years, also ESG topics very intensively. He also works extensively in the Western Balkan countries where NLB Group members are based.

Maša Kramar is an attorney-at-law and Partner at Senica & Partners Ltd. She focuses on advising and representing clients in real estate transactions, project development and dispute resolution. Every year, she attends renowned conferences and real estate fairs both at home and abroad to learn about the current state of the real estate market. Within the Andersen network, she is the coordinator for the real estate sector in Slovenia.

Tamás Méri is co-founder and CBDO of company Access4you. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, he has gained management experience in several Hungarian companies. Founded in 2019, Access4you International is a social impact company that assesses, certifies and rates the accessibility of the built environment based on usability criteria from nine interest groups. The company provides detailed and reliable information to people with physical, visual, hearing and cognitive disabilities, as well as real estate owners, operators and tenants.

Aleksander Vujović is an architect and urban planner, who heads the Studio for Urban Design and Analysis (SUPA). His practice is active in the field of urban planning, design of public spaces and concepts, and renovation of residential buildings and apartments. He publishes his spatial reflections in national and international publications. Occasionally he designs spatial interventions in public space.
